Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY Your appointment and wellbeing are very important to us. We understand that unexpected things will come up. If you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule, we respectfully request at least 24 hrs notice. OUR POLICY Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hrs will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee. If you are more than 15 mins late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the cancellation fee will apply. Living Joy Healing will do the best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your credit card on file. First missed appointment, 50% of the service will be charged to your credit card. Second missed appointment, standard full fee will apply and be charged on your card.
